For upcoming summer season, we will start PT (Personal training) from July with new trainers. In addition, don’t miss the GX programs for Fitness members and Room-guests.

쉐라톤 보이스 워크샵 / The Sheraton Voice Workshop

The Sheraton Voice Workshop이 5월 26,27,28일과 6월 15,16,17일에 6일에 걸쳐 Robin Yook (Training Manager), Philip Ko (Restaurant Manager), Kevin Lee (Chief Concierge) 에 의해서 진행되었습니다. 총 138명의 직원이 참석한 이번 워크샵은 On–Brand 된 의사소통에 관한 주제를 다루었으며 어떻게 On–Brand 된 단어를 사용하여 진정한 “Sheraton” 브랜드 문화를 고객과 직원들 사이에서 구축할 수 있을 것인지에 대해 배울 수 있던 시간이었습니다. The Sheraton Voice Workshop은 Service Culture 교육의 한 파트로서 우리의 말과 행동이 서비스 컴포짓(스타우드GSI)에 어떠한 영향을 끼치는지에 관해서도 이해할 수 있는 좋은 계기가 되었습니다.

Total 138 associates attended the Sheraton Voice workshop, held on May 26, 27, 28 & June 15, 16 & 17. The workshop was conducted by Robin Yook, Training Manager, Philip Ko, Restaurant Manger & Kevin Lee, Chief Concierge. This workshop is designed to share on-brand communication, its link to guest loyalty and associate’s communication and it covers how to demonstrate the use of brand words in conversation with guests and associates. The Sheraton Voice Workshop is a part of Service Culture Training that participants understand how behaviors impact on Service Composite (GSI) and discover how individual thoughts and opinions impact behavioral choices.

에너지 절약의 목표 / Company-wide Goals for Reducing Energy and Water use

올해 초 우리는 1000번째 스타우드 호텔을 오픈하면서 매우 중요한 여정을 지났습니다. 우리의 발자취가 많아질수록, 환경에 대한 책임도 커집니다. 그래서 우리는 에너지와 물 사용량을 감소시키기 위하여 야심차면서도 달성 가능한 목표를 세웠습니다. 2020년까지 에너지 사용량의 30%, 물 사용량의 20%를 감소시키는 것이 그 목표입니다. 여러분 모두가 이 계획의 중요한 일원이며, 여러분의 소중한 노력이 큰 변화를 만들 수 있습니다. Starwood One의 Sustainability Resource Center를 방문하시면 더 많은 정보와 함께 사례들을 보실 수 있습니다.

Earlier this year we crossed an important Journey milestone when we opened our 1000th Starwood property. As our footprint grows, we have an even greater environmental responsibility. So, we have set ambitious – but achievable – goals to reduce our use of energy and water. By 2020, our goals are to reduce our energy consumption by 30% and water consumption by 20% per available room. All of you are key member of this project and all your precious efforts can make huge difference.
