Great compliment from guests, Concierge / 고객만족서비스
지난 3월 5일 호텔에 투숙하셨던 고객 JON CHIA께서 GSI(Guest Satisfaction Index) 조사에서 우리호텔 컨시어즈의 서비스에 대한 만족을 표했습니다. 특히 컨시어즈 직원 중 Allen(김윤식)에 대한 고마움과 감동을 나타내며 다시 우리 호텔에 머물 의향이 있음을 보여주셨습니다. GSI에 따르면 이 손님께서는 전반적으로 우리호텔 서비스에 만족스러움을 표시하셨습니다. Front Office 팀은 이를 축하함과 동시에 컨시어즈와 더불어 Front Office팀 모두가 앞으로도 계속하여 고객만족 서비스를 제공할 것을 약속했습니다.
Ms. Jon Chia, who stayed at Sheraton Incheon Hotel on 5th March, expressed her impression about Concierge via GSI survey. Especially Allen, Concierge, received a great compliment from the guest. He assisted her very kindly, and made her stay warm and comfortable as she commented. Also this letter shows that she will stay with us next time if she has a chance to do so. The guest mostly satisfied with the overall service offered by our associates. Front Office Team congratulated the Concierge Team on their great performance towards our guests. This kind of great comment from guests inspired us to deliver the best service to our guests to make their stay more comfortable and satisfied.
